I fell down the rabbit hole of my first “conspiracy” way back in 2008. I was sitting in my backyard, looking up at the blue sky and watching the little white lines spread and expand until the sky was white. It made me curious, so I posted about it on Facebook and was viciously attacked. This made me want to dig even deeper. If you want to find the truth about the little white lines, you can. I am not here to convince anybody of anything. I am just sharing my thoughts and some interesting things I have noticed when I started to pay attention. One thing I really noticed is how I physically felt and how my family and pets felt. I personally had brain fog, fatigue, and my cough would kick up every time those lines appeared in the sky. I always tell my husband that I am like a canary in a coal mine. If the air we breathe is off, it triggers my cough. I now pay attention to that (this cough started after my injection, you can read that here). I think I became very sensitive to air quality, toxins, and chemicals after my injection. Some people might notice asthma, allergies, sinus pressure, exhaustion, and even becoming cranky. I have heard all of this.
The next conspiracy that caught my attention was the fluoride in our water and where fluoride is actually coming from. Is it a natural mineral or is it a by-product? Is it a chemical by-product of aluminum, steel, cement, phosphate, and nuclear weapons manufacturing? It was in our toothpaste too. Is fluoride good for us? My daughter would always have these dry patches around her nose that burned, and we tried everything to help clear these spots up. When I finally realized toothpaste with fluoride was the problem, I was shocked. We stopped using fluoride toothpaste and her dry spots healed. She only got them back once when she was traveling, she forgot her fluoride free toothpaste and used someone’s Crest toothpaste with fluoride. Here is an interesting read on fluoride. We no longer drink or cook with tap water. I haven’t for years. Here is another article if you need more convincing on how toxic fluoride is and that it is not just a conspiracy.
I was also always skeptical about vaccines. I just felt in my gut like something was not right. My first child was born in 1995, so I was thrown into the “Wellness Visit” world. I thought it was odd, honestly, as I did not grow up going to doctors unless I was seriously hurt. My mom treated us at home and we typically did not get sick much. I spent my days outside playing, swimming, and riding bikes. My mom didn’t buy processed food and I was not vaccinated. So when my son’s pediatrician came into the room on our first visit saying he needed shots I was like, “woah, what?” I remember the doctor scaring me and saying my child could die without them. She recommended 4 vaccines and they were combined vaccines so it was really 8. I asked her about doing one at a time because that was what I read about introducing food. She seemed annoyed but I was left to decide for myself. Then I realized they wanted to do them at 4 months, 6 months and 12 months as well. My doctor told me I was going to have my son behind on all his vaccines if I did one injection at a time. Here is the recommended schedule in 1995. I wish I had declined.
I did not have another child until 2002, and by then, 2 more vaccines had been added to the 2 month visit. See here. They were also doing 2 month, 4 month, 6 month, 12 month, 15 month and 24 month. In 2004, my daughter was born and they had added yet another vaccine. See it here. I grew increasingly uncomfortable with well visits and the pressure to follow the schedules. I am going to write a separate Substack on that as it deserves its own read.

In 2014, I was asked to get the TDaP vaccine because someone in my family birthed a premie. The hospital was recommending everyone to get it to protect the baby from whooping cough. So, I headed to Walgreens, rolled up my sleeve, and my life has never been the same. You can read that story here.
It was at the beginning of my wellness journey that I started to really question things, or I guess you can say, conspiracies. The denial of vaccine injury in western medicine was rampant. No one wanted to talk about it so it made me look deeper. People were quick to call me an anti-vaxxer too. But how did that make sense if we were getting vaccines?
Because I was desperate to get my family and myself well, I started to look around my house for anything that could be keeping us sick or cause us to not heal. That is when the flood of conspiracies came. By 2017, I had left western medicine after 2 years of seeing specialists and having extensive testing, 6 diagnoses and zero healing. I sought out people who practiced “alternative” medicine. (I say alternative because these have been practiced for thousands of years vs Allopathic/modern medicine that is about 200 years old)
At the time, we were renting a house and there were huge electric towers behind it. My husband noticed that mold kept growing in our backyard. We even bought new outdoor furniture from Pottery Barn and mold grew on it within a week. That was when we found the connection between mold and EMFs. Here is an interesting article about mold and EMF. The more I looked into EMF, the more I learned about frequencies. Yet no one else seemed to care. Doctors didn’t talk about it either. Even today, the effects of EMF are minimized. I encourage everyone to do their own digging. I personally would never live by large power lines again and do have Greenwave installed in my home. I have found this to make a huge difference in our sleep, physical energy, and overall positive energy that flows in my house. People often say my house is warm and relaxing, and it’s because the energy in it flows healthy and clean
.I started finding accounts on Instagram that I found very interesting. Some even fascinating. Did I believe or agree with everything they shared? No. But was I curious about the stuff they shared? Yes. I personally like to hear people out then decide for myself what resonates with me. So, I watched and listened. Some of my favorite accounts are below. They are not in any particular order.
Stillshininbitches - A wealth of information that I found very helpful during covid.
Dr. Courtney Hunt - How to use the sun and food to heal.
Dr. Casey Means - Why we are sick? The food and medication crisis.
Vani Hari The Food Babe - A true advocate for our food system. The poisoning of us.
Paulsaladinomd - Heal yourself with your diet
d_alec_zeck - Questions virus spread, Government and covid
Zachbushmd - Pesticides, Health, and chronic disease
I could share so many more. Why has conspiracies and questioning health become so taboo? Who is controlling that narrative? Of course there are some wild ones out there and I follow those too. Honestly, I do not believe they are all true but would I be shocked if they came true? Lol NO.
Here are a few I find fascinating. These accounts touch on everything from flat earth, fake moon landings, LED lights and so much more.
jkultra_jenn - Leading you into the rabbit hole
Science_cited - Does independent studies and shares a lot about conspiracies and vaccines.
thefittestflatearther - Interesting entertainment.
I also dove deep into conspiracies such as Pizza Gate, Cloning, Inner Earth, Reptilians, a the New World Order, Agenda 2030 and Hollywood’s obsession with adrenachrome and MK Ultra. Honestly, any of the above could be true and I would not be shocked. After living through the last four years, I am not sure much would surprise me.
As always I would love to hear your thoughts. Please drop a comment and don’t forget subscribe.
I can’t wait to check out some of these accounts! Conspiracy theorists unite! 🤣 Things I definitely thought people were crazy for thinking have shifted big time over the last 8 yrs or so! Covid made my question it all!
